On the 13 of December 2007 in the headquarters of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, a meeting dedicated to the participation of Polish Cities in the World EXPO Shanghai 2010 took place. The goal was to present the possibilities for the participation of Polish Cities in the exhibition according to the main theme of Better City, Better Life.

II. The presentation of the actual state of preparations for EXPO 2010 in Shanghai – Mrs Monica Koniecko Deputy Director of EPD at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency
III. Presentation of the Architectural Project for the Polish Pavilion – Mr. Jerzy Grochulski, President of SARP
IV. Presentation of the formal regulations regarding participation of Polish Cities in EXP0 2010 – Mr. Krzysztof Węglarz, from the Bureau of the Commissioner General of the Polish Section of EXPO 2010
