Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency together with the Commissioner General of the Polish Section invite you to social consultations regarding Poland’s participation in EXPO 2010 in Shanghai and promotion of Poland in China,
that will be held on the 2nd of October 2007 at 09.30, at the PAIiIZ Press Centre (Bagatela Street 12 in Warsaw).

9:35 – 10:15 – Speech by Minister Poncyliusz and Minister Olendzki, presentation of the Program Concept of Polish participation in Word Exhibition EXPO 2010
10:15 – 11:30 – export panel – this session will touch upon topics such as sectors’ chances, conquering barriers in the entrance to Chinese market, support instruments, conducting business activity in Chinese provinces, as well as experiences regarding Chinese marketing
11:30 – 12:30 – investment panel – we will discuss the possibilities of attracting Chinese investors to Poland, what draws China to invest in Poland and experiences with Chinese investors
12:30 – 13:00 – tourist panel – in this panel we will talk about: perspectives of Chinese tourism development, how to promote Polish tourism among Chinese people, information about planned direct flight connections with China and what do Chinese tourist expect when coming to Poland.
14:00 – 14:50 – cultural panel – this session will include topics such as: how to apply Polish fashion in China, cultural exchange with China, promotion of Poland through Chopin’s Year in Asia and Olympic Games, Why Chopin – information on the composer as a national value that distinguishes Poland
15:00 – 15:40 – education panel – we will discuss issues regarding EU financial support for studying in English, Chinese students in Poland, educational offer for Chinese students.
